People ask me this more than any other question, and I think they expect it to be more impressive than it is. The truth is my day is repetitive on purpose. Repetition is what makes a thing survive a bad week.
So here is the whole day, including the parts nobody puts on a plate for a photo.
3:30 to 5:00 AM
I am up somewhere in that window. Before anything else, cold water to the face at the sink. Ten seconds. It gets circulation moving and wakes the system up before I ask anything of it.
Then straight to the kitchen. A cup of Morning Ritual Tea with a ginger ice cube dropped in and a squeeze of lime. I drink it slowly, standing up, thinking about the day. Then three Cell Support.
That is the part that never moves. Hydration and minerals, in that order, before food, before work, before the phone. Everything else in my day is negotiable. Those two are not, and the reasoning behind that is in the easiest way to get all your daily minerals.
Mid-Morning
After the tea and the capsules, maybe a morning elixir or a small glass of fresh juice. Then I work out. Food comes after the workout, not before.
When breakfast does happen it is small and it satisfies without stuffing me. Some version of a coconut, a smoothie, an avocado, or a quinoa porridge with sea moss gel folded in. That last one is the two minute mineral bowl and it shows up on my counter more than anything else.
The rule I apply to breakfast is simple: if it makes me want a nap, it was the wrong breakfast.
Midday
Three more Cell Support around the middle of the day, and lunch that does not demand a lot of energy to process. Steamed vegetables. A soup. A big salad with a real dressing, not a sad one. Fruit if it is hot out.
The point of lunch is to feed the afternoon, not to sit in me through it. Heavy lunch is how the 2pm crash gets invented, and then people go looking for a stimulant to fix a problem lunch caused.
Water all day, with a pinch of sea salt in it, because hydration is really about electrolytes rather than volume.
Evening
Dinner is early and the kitchen closes at 7pm. That is not discipline for its own sake. Overnight is when the body does its cleanup work, and it can only do that if it is not still processing a late plate.
Dinner is usually the most cooked meal of my day, still on the lighter side. Soup, vegetables, a grain, something warm. Then three Gut Support in the evening, timed to the shift they support, and nothing solid after that. Tea and water only.
What I Actually Eat, In One List
If you want the shopping version rather than the schedule version, these are the things constantly in my kitchen:
- Quinoa and sea moss gel
- Dandelion greens, kale, turnip greens, watercress, purslane
- Avocado and burro bananas
- Mango, berries, seeded grapes, cherries, watermelon
- Cucumbers for juicing
- Walnut and hemp milk
- Ginger, lime, sea salt
- Dates, for eating and for roasting into date coffee
That list has barely changed in years. Boring is the feature.
The Honest Part
I am a chef. I taste food for a living, I travel, and there are weeks where the plan takes a beating. I am not going to write a day-in-the-life that pretends otherwise.
What I have found is that a routine built on two non-negotiables survives that. If the tea and the minerals happen every morning, one rough dinner does not undo the week. The people who struggle are usually the ones running a perfect plan with no floor under it, so when the plan breaks there is nothing left.
Build the floor first. The Morning Ritual Bundle is the version of the floor I put in a box, and the free Nutritional Guide covers the plate side, one swap at a time.
If You Copy One Thing
Do not copy the 3:30 wake-up. Copy the order. Hydration, then minerals, then food. Light lunch. Kitchen closed by 7.
That sequence works whether you get up at 4 or at 8, and it costs you nothing except deciding to do it in that order.
Start with the Morning Ritual Bundle.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time do you eat your first meal?
Tea and minerals come first, usually before 5am. Actual food comes after the workout, so breakfast lands mid-morning most days.
Do you eat three meals a day?
Loosely. A light breakfast, an easy-to-digest lunch, and an early dinner before 7pm. The timing matters more to me than the count.
Do you ever eat off plan?
Yes. I am a chef, I taste things, and I travel. The routine is built to survive that rather than break over it.
What do you drink during the day?
Water with a pinch of sea salt, herbal tea, fresh juice, and coconut water. No coffee, no energy drinks, not since 2015.
