- Evening Detox Tea (4 oz). A loose blend of Burdock Root, Yellowdock, Cascara Sagrada, Horsetail and Sarsaparilla Root. One bag brews your full batch, about a 3 week supply when used as directed.
- Gut Support Capsules. Wildcrafted Hydrangea, Cascara Sagrada, Rhubarb, Blessed Thistle, Yellowdock and Red Clover. A 60 day supply when used as directed.

The tea and the capsules share the same family of roots and bark, herbs traditionally used to support healthy elimination. The tea works in liquid form, the capsules carry it forward. Taken together in the evening, they give your body the quiet hours of the night to do its work.
Prepare Your Detox Tea Time
- Add the entire bag of tea to 64 oz of water (two 32 oz containers). Alkaline water, such as Alkanatur, is preferred.
- Bring to a simmer and simmer for 1 hour.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 4 hours.
- Strain and allow to cool.
- Transfer to glass and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
Your Evening Ritual
Each evening, take a 4 oz shot of Detox Tea with 3 Gut Support capsules. Follow this 5 days a week, then take 2 days off.

Instructions
Prepare your Detox Tea Time.
Brew once. Pour for three weeks. About five hours of mostly hands off time.

Combine
Add the entire bag of tea to 64 oz of water (two 32 oz containers). Alkaline water, such as Alkanatur, is preferred.

Simmer 1 hour
Bring to a gentle simmer and hold it there for one full hour.

Steep 4 hours
Remove from heat, cover, and let the roots steep for four hours.

Strain and cool
Strain out the herbs and allow the tea to cool completely.

Refrigerate in glass
Transfer to glass and refrigerate. Keeps for up to 3 weeks.
