This is the question I get more than any other from people who are actually doing the work.
They changed how they eat. Nobody else in the house did. And now dinner is either two separate meals every night, or a nightly negotiation, or they quietly gave up because it was easier to eat what everyone else was eating.
I have cooked professionally for rooms full of people who all wanted something different. Here is what actually works at home.
Stop Cooking Meals. Cook Components.
This is the whole fix, and it comes straight out of restaurant kitchens.
A restaurant does not cook forty different dinners. It cooks components and assembles plates. You can run the same play at your table.
Put out a grain, a protein of whatever kind your household eats, a big tray of roasted vegetables, a bowl of greens, a good sauce, and something acidic or bright. Everyone builds their own plate from the same table.
You get quinoa, greens, roasted vegetables, and sauce. They get the same thing plus whatever else they want. Nobody cooked twice. Nobody had a discussion about it.
The Sauce Is the Strategy
If you take one thing from this, take this: put real effort into the sauce or the dressing.
A boring plate of vegetables is a punishment. The same vegetables with a genuinely good sauce is dinner. People do not resist vegetables nearly as much as they resist badly seasoned ones, and most home cooks massively under-season the healthy half of the table because they think health food is supposed to taste like restraint.
Fat, acid, salt, and something aromatic. Make it good and stop apologizing for the food.

Hide Things, Without the Lecture
Some things belong in the food rather than in a conversation.
A handful of greens blended into a smoothie disappears completely. A spoonful of sea moss gel folded into a warm soup, sauce, or porridge is flavorless and nobody notices, which is exactly why I keep Irish Sea Moss in the fridge. That is the trick behind the two minute mineral bowl and it works on the toughest critics in any house.
This is not deception. It is cooking. Every chef alive builds flavor and nutrition into food without announcing each ingredient at the table.
Stop Campaigning
Here is the part people do not want to hear.
The fastest way to make your household resist how you eat is to keep talking about how you eat. Nobody has ever been argued into changing their diet at their own dinner table. The lecture makes the food political, and once food is political people dig in on principle.
Cook well. Let the food be the argument. Let them notice on their own that you have more energy than you did last year. What you do over twelve months is far more persuasive than anything you could say over one dinner.
And when they are curious, answer briefly and move on. Curiosity dies fast under a monologue.
Protect Your Own Non-Negotiables Quietly
You do not need household buy-in for your morning.
Tea and three Cell Support before anyone else is even up costs nobody anything and requires no discussion. That is the Morning Ritual Bundle, and it means your foundation is handled regardless of what dinner turns into.
The meals you share are where you flex. The morning is where you do not.
What About the Kids
Same rules, gentler.
Put the good stuff on the table without commentary. Let them see you eat it and enjoy it. Blend greens into things they already like. Do not make any single food a battle, because the battle is what they will remember, not the vegetable.
And feed them before they are starving and dysregulated, same as I would tell any adult.

One Cook, One Table
You do not have to eat identical food to eat together. You just have to stop cooking twice and stop talking about it so much.
If you want the plate side sorted generally, the free Nutritional Guide is the map. And if your household situation is genuinely stuck, book a free one-on-one consultation and we will work out something that fits your real kitchen and your real family, not an ideal one.
The goal was never to convert your house. It was to stay yourself inside it.
FAQ
How do I cook for a family when I eat differently?
Build meals in components rather than finished plates, so everyone assembles what they want from the same table. One cook, one session, several versions.
How do I get my kids to eat greens?
Blend them into something they already like, and put them on the table without commentary. Pressure at the table is what creates the fight.
What if my partner is not on board?
Cook well and stop campaigning. Food that tastes good converts people. Arguments about food almost never do.
Do I have to cook two dinners?
No, and you should not. Two dinners every night is how people burn out and quit within a month.
