There are three things on my counter and they have not changed in years.
I get asked constantly what I actually take, usually by people who have a cabinet full of bottles and no idea which ones are doing anything. So this is the plain version. What each one is for, when it gets taken, and who honestly does not need all three.
First: The Tea
Morning Ritual Tea is not a supplement in the way people usually mean it. It is the opening move.
I drink it before anything else, with a ginger ice cube and a squeeze of lime, standing at the counter, slowly. That slowness is doing something. The first hour of the day sets the tone for everything after it, and starting with something warm and gentle rather than a stimulant and sugar is a different way to open the day.
It is also the hydration piece. Whatever else you take lands better into a body that has had something to drink first.
Second: Cell Support
Three capsules, right after the tea.
This is the mineral foundation, and it is the one I would keep if I had to drop everything else. The whole reason it exists is that soil depletion means the food on your plate is carrying fewer minerals than the same food did a generation ago. You can eat carefully and still come up short. I go through that whole story in the easiest way to get all your daily minerals.
Three in the morning. Three more midday when the afternoon asks for something, which is the swap I made years ago in place of a second coffee. It is meant to support your body having resources to pull from through the day rather than running on credit by 2pm.
Third: Gut Support
Three in the evening, and the timing is the point.
Overnight is when the body does its gathering and clearing work. Gut Support is meant to help with moving out what settled during the day, so I take it heading into the shift it supports and keep solid food out after 7pm so nothing competes with that work.
This is also the one that makes the others worth taking. Minerals have to actually get through to count for anything, and a congested digestive tract is not good ground for them to land on.
What About the Rest
There is more on the shelf, and I would rather be straight with you about it than pretend everything is for everyone.
Nerve Support is a different lane, for people whose sticking point is not digestion. The sea moss sits on its own, Irish and Honduran, for people who want the whole food version rather than the capsule. And The Complete Protocol exists for people who would rather have the morning and evening sides handled in one box instead of assembling it.
You can see all of it if you want the full picture.
Who Does Not Need All Three
If you are starting from zero, do not start with three bottles.
Start with the tea and Cell Support. That is the Morning Ritual Bundle, and it is the foundation everything else sits on. Run it for a month before you add anything.
Add Gut Support when digestion is clearly the sticking point, when things feel heavy, slow, or stuck, or when you have been taking minerals and honestly cannot tell whether they are doing anything.
And if your diet is genuinely rough right now, no bottle is going to outrun that, and I am not going to tell you otherwise. Fix a few things on the plate first. The supplements are meant to support a body you are already treating decently.
The Simplest Version
Tea. Then minerals. Light food. More minerals midday if the day asks. Gut Support in the evening. Kitchen closed by seven.
That is the whole routine, and it has held up through kitchen years, travel, and every excuse I have ever tried on it.
If you are not sure which layer you are actually on, book a free one-on-one consultation and we will figure out where you should start rather than guessing at the shelf.
FAQ
What supplements do you take every day?
Morning Ritual Tea first, then three Cell Support in the morning, three more midday when the afternoon asks for it, and three Gut Support in the evening.
Do I need to take all of them?
No. If you are starting from zero, the tea and Cell Support are the foundation. Gut Support is the next layer when digestion is the sticking point.
When is the best time to take minerals?
First thing in the morning, before food, alongside hydration. Again midday if the afternoon needs it.
Why take Gut Support at night?
Overnight is when the body does its cleanup work, so I time it to the shift it supports and keep solid food out after 7pm.
